The Quakertown Parks and Rec: Schools Out Series offers children a fun and engaging way to spend their days off from school. Each program features exciting indoor activities such as games, arts and crafts, and interactive challenges. On select days, specialty camps are led by outside organizations or instructors for a full-day experience, while other days may include activities led by our experienced KIDS Camp staff. Designed to keep kids entertained, active, and socially engaged in a safe, supervised environment, the Schools Out Series ensures that every school-free day is full of creativity, learning, and fun!
Each camp will run from 9am to 3pm and we will have the option for morning care from 7:30am to 9am!
You MUST pack your camper a snack and/or a lunch for the day!
Youth Pottery Camp: Gear up for the Holidays
Date: November 3-4
Time: 9am-3pm
Cost: Res $105 Non Res: $110
Before Care: $10 for both days
Projects include: turkey and holiday ornaments
A day at camp will include:
- Hand-building with clay
- Snack and time to meet new friends
- Modeling with polymer clay (take-home project)
- Lunch and playtime
- More hand-building
- Free play
Any projects requiring kiln firing will be ready for pickup in about two weeks.
