Fitness Series

Our Fitness Series offers a variety of classes designed to help you stay active, healthy, and energized in a supportive community environment. With options for all fitness levels, participants can choose from a diverse line up of classes that focus on strength, cardio, flexibility, and overall wellness.

Classes are offered at multiple locations throughout the community, making it easy to find a convenient place to move, sweat, and feel your best. Whether you're looking to try something new, build a consistent routine, or simply stay active with friends, our Fitness Series provides welcoming and motivating opportunities for everyone.

Zumba Series -  All ages - $10 Walk-in Fee
Join certified instructor Karen Sylsberry for an energetic and fun Zumba Fitness Series! Zumba combines upbeat music with easy-to-follow dance moves to create a workout that feels more like a party than exercise. This class is great for all fitness levels and helps improve cardio endurance, coordination, and overall fitness while having a great time with others in the community.

Classes are offered multiple times throughout the week at convenient locations so you can find a time that works best for you.

  • Tuesdays – 7:00 PM | Park at 4th
  • Wednesdays – 7:00 PM | Quakertown Community Pool (AQUA Zumba)
  • Saturdays – 9:00 AM | Park at 4th
* This series schedule will take place from April to October. Aqua Zumba will take place during pool season.
Come dance, move, and sweat in this welcoming and high-energy fitness class! All participants are encouraged to wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water.



Boot Camp Series - All Ages - $10 walk in fee
 Challenge yourself and build total-body strength in our Bootcamp Fitness Series led by instructor Ally Wesner. This high-energy program combines strength training, cardio, stretching, and HIIT-style workouts to create a well-rounded fitness experience. Each session is designed to improve endurance, build muscle, and keep workouts fresh and engaging.

Classes are suitable for a variety of fitness levels, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace while pushing themselves toward their personal fitness goals.

  • Saturdays – 10:30 AM | Jane Stover Lodge
  • Sundays – 9:30 AM | Jane Stover Lodge (HIIT-focused session)

Come ready to work hard, stay motivated, and leave feeling stronger each week! Participants should wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water.

 
Relax, stretch, and reconnect with your body in our Yoga Series hosted by the local studio Moondog Yoga. These classes focus on mindful movement, flexibility, balance, and breathwork, creating a welcoming environment for participants of all experience levels.
Held outdoors at the Park at 4th, this series offers a peaceful setting to unwind while improving strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, these classes provide a great opportunity to move, breathe, and recharge.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
